Hospitality Health ER Tyler recently received the Beauty and Business Award. This award is part of the Keep Tyler Beautiful program. Each year, Tyler Parks and Recreation recognizes businesses in Tyler for maintaining, improving, and beautifying their surroundings. This involves maintaining the appearance of front yards, parking lots, building condition, dumpster areas, and signs.
What is the Keep Tyler Beautiful Program About?
Keep Tyler Beautiful motivates Tyler residents to beautify, reduce waste, and recycle to keep the city beautiful. The goal is to raise public interest in maintaining our community. This is done through planning and coordinating programs to control litter, maintain the environment, and make the city more beautiful.
Why is the “Beauty and Business Award” Important to Hospitality Health ER Tyler?
We asked Managing Partner, Jeanne Shipp, why this award means so much to Hospitality Health ER Tyler, and she provided several reasons.
#1. “Hospitality Health ER is highly involved in the Tyler community, and we want to see the city prosper. This starts with how businesses and residents take care of their immediate surroundings.”
#2. “Patients have seen just how much we focus on quality care. Because we also want them to feel comfortable in our actual facility, we set high standards in the way we present our emergency room, both inside and outside.”
#3. “We hope this type of program encourages other Tyler residents and businesses to follow. Community beautification takes the cooperation of all residents of Tyler.”
