Neuropathy is a problem with autonomic nerves, motor nerves, and/or sensory nerves. Neuropathy is common and can result from a number of different medical conditions, including diabetes. It’s important to get tested to target the underlying cause. Although there is no real treatment for neuropathy, you may be able to treat the root cause, such as eliminating exposure to a toxin. Here’s Dr. Pamela Hall of Hospitality Health ER in Tyler and Longview on some of the other causes of neuropathy.
