Summertime has arrived!  With school out, parents and guardians may be struggling to keep kids busy throughout the longer days. There are lots of activities to be planned and fill up these longer days. In between camps and summer learning opportunities, it’s ok to work in a little treat here and there, and movies for kids provide the perfect chance for family fun.

If it’s raining or too hot for outside play, head to the Studio Movie Grill in Tyler or the AMC Classic in Longview to catch a kid-friendly Blockbuster. Throughout the summer, new movies premiere each week, and shared popcorn over an evening out can be a great way to bond. Screen time is ok  in moderation when content is age appropriate, and carefully selected films give families the chance to about values, ideals, and dreams.
