They treated my wife, blood pressure was real high. They treated her throughly and every one was awesome. Gave free massages, gave gift package. Praying they this concept would spread all over this country.

This was an awesome ER. Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. No wait at all. They offered complimentary snacks and drinks while waiting. Individual private exam rooms with an actual door. Accepts all insurance except Medicare and Medicaid.

Best ER visit ever. Friendly, fast, educated, and caring! This is how healthcare should be! Everyone smiled and told you exactly what they were doing as they did it. They even sent us home with a printout of labs and the scans-so very helpful. And the gifts were an amazing bonus!

My son fell off his bike and fractured his arm. He had great care with friendly and efficient staff. Joe at the front desk was very thorough and and took care of the insurance process with ease and guided us through the whole process of checking in/out. Helen was amazing with my son making sure he stayed comfortable and we even walked out with gifts. The level of care we received at this facility was like no other.

What a pleasant surprise Hospitality ER was when our family needed their services while on vacation! We had to take my daughter in for what ended up being swimmers ear and a middle ear infection after she lived in the ocean and pool for a week! We were greeted at the front desk by a lovely lady who took our info and we were headed back to a room before we could even get the first page of paperwork done! WOW! Then we were greeted in the room by the RN and X-ray tech who were very efficient and professional. After a quick assessment they left and just a second later the Dr. came in to ask questions and do his assessment. I want to complement all parties involved on the excellent bedside manner that they showed! After meds were given and numbing drops instilled in her ear we were out the door headed to the pharmacy for prescriptions to get my daughter feeling better! I just wanted to thank Dr. M. Downs and our RN, Brian for quick, effective, & compassionate care for a little girl who was hurting. And I'm hard to please, I've been an RN for 30 years so I'm pretty picky, lol. I can't recommend this facility enough! It is absolutely perfect!!!!!!

The entire staff could write a book on great hospitality, but I had the most face to face time with Helen. I came in crying, in the worst pain I’d ever felt in my 21 years, and left laughing and smiling and I owe it all to nurse Helen. She knew exactly how to get me on the mend, quick, and her bedside manor is unmatched. Can’t say I necessarily want to be in a position where I have to go back here, but if I do, I know for certain I’ll be in the best, kindest hands.

This place it amazing! I would give it 10 Stars ⭐️, the staff is so nice and they always ask if your feeling better through out the time, that they are taking care of you. I came in once for an allergic reaction and two other times for being sick and dehydrated. And every time I walk out feeling better than I did when I walked in. I have had Helen RN twice while I was here and she was literally the best at bedside nursing every time. She made sure my husband was comfortable too, while he was waiting for me. Dr. Bier was very thorough with his questions during his initial assessment and addressed everything for me. My sister also brings her son here every since I recommended this ER to her. And has also loved it. Me and my family will not go anywhere else. Way faster than any other ER and they are so proactive. They don’t keep you waiting. Thank you too Shara Radiology and Mary RN they we’re very sweet and proactive with my care.

Best place I have ever been! I have not felt well in about a year would always just think I was being dramatic or just caught something going around. I walked in was immediate met by Dr. Mata, explained how I was not feeling well because of him I had surgery the following day and finally feel the best I have felt in years! I have seen three doctors in the last year for the same issue and he is the only one to take the time to listen and figure out what was wrong. The staff was amazing, the facility is beautiful do not waste your time anywhere else!!!

I normally hate Urgent Care facilities, but this place was first class the minute I walked in on a Sunday morning. I was greeted asked how I could be helped, and walked through the paperwork with my insurance. The waiting area was amazing, nice couches, fireplace, and view of the ocean. I felt at ease despite my eye hurting badly. Less than a two minute wait later in a first class facility with all the latest equipment and a kind nurse taking my blood pressure. One minute later a very nice professional doctor found the problem with my eye, electronically sent scripts to the pharmacy and gave me drops to relieve my eye right there in the office before I could get the prescriptions. This is the place I will go from now on when in Galveston. VERY clean, nice place with professional staff. Compare to the other Urgent care places in GAlveston? This place is FAR ABOVE!

Hospitality health ER was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Unfortunately I needed seven stitches. But, Dr. Lugo was extremely skilled, talented, knowledgeable, and wise. And fix me right up. My nurse Helen was absolutely, fantastic. From the moment I walked in the door everything got better. I was covered in sawdust and look terrible, but I got treated with utmost respect, and kindness. The next time I have healthcare need. Hospitality health ER will be the first people I call. Such great people.

We had a friend share her positive experience with Hospitality ER a few months ago with us. Unfortunately, I experienced a dog bite to the face on Christmas Eve around 11:00 p.m. We were met with the most compassionate staff; especially, Helen the Registered Nurse who took care of me. We were in and out in about an hour an 1/2 and just could not believe the care we received! I'm extremely grateful!

By far this is the best place on the Island to go to. They always get right on it as soon as you walk through their doors. Friendly staff as well. It's like a 5 start hotel. I went to the local Urgent Care twice in one week and was still feeling sick for 14 days. It wasn't until I decided to come here they got right on it.

I have been here twice; once as a patient. Both times I was very impressed. You get checked in very quickly and all of the staff are kind and very helpful. The facility is very quiet and extremely clean. I also like that there is an officer on duty in the lobby to protect. I live in Clear Lake and was on a mini vacation both times I went here. Hopefully I don't have any more emergencies in Galveston, but if I do, I will definitely return.

By far this was the BEST medical experience I've ever had! From the front desk to the check out and everyone and everything in between was exceptional. The staff is so very nice, accommodating and friendly. The facility is amazingly clean and welcoming. And we even received a parting gift bag! This will definitely be my go-to emergency medical facility when I'm on the island and need medical care.

My husband and I are in town from San Antonio, waiting to board our ship tomorrow for our cruise. I started to feel a minor common cold starting and didn't want to risk going on vacation with no preventative care . We decided it would be best to be seen somewhere just to be on the safe side. We went to Hospitality ER and immediately when we walked in we were blown away by the upscale nature of the facility. When I tell you I've been to probably 100 hospitals in my life and I have NEVER experienced care and hospitality like this, it's unmatched . From reception, to the nurses and Dr ... THESE PEOPLE ARE REMARKABLE! Helen and Beth are the BEST nurses I've ever had and Dr. Lee (as well as the rest of the staff) have a bedside presence that SOARS. To further add to the phenomenal factors already present , it was my husband's birthday. THEY SURPRISED HIM WITH A CAKE WITH CANDLES AND A FULL BLOWN HAPPY BIRTHDAY TRIBUTE! We were sent with gift bags full of amazing products as well as blessed with an incredible snack and beverage bar to choose from! I was treated in the hospital and given prescriptions that immediately made me feel better! I'm so thankful for Dr. Lee, Beth, Helen , Joe and Didio! I will never look at Healthcare the same way . We are thoroughly convinced that it literally doesn't get better than this! I would drive here a million times to be treated . They are the true definition of HOSPITALITY! They have done their mission statement justice! Thank you all so much ! We'll never forget you guys!

When I tell you this place is amazing, it's truly amazing! From the time you enter everyone is so friendly and accommodating. Spencer at the front desk was an absolute delight, as well as the young lady who's training. The nurses Meisha and Mary were fantastic too! Dr. Bier was kind and efficient. This is a great cast of characters for the book of medicine. I'm very impressed plus I got a blanket, snacks, water and lighthearted conversation. I was very impressed with all of the staff. They were very professional and highly trained. The facility is oceanfront and was very clean, with modern technology. I had back surgery a few years ago, and my back has been giving me a lot of trouble lately. I arrived in an extreme amount of pain. They got me in immediately. Was given a thorough exam by the nurse and doctor. Had X-rays taken. After determining the source of my pain, I was treated in a timely manner, and left feeling much better. They made sure to fully explain how to take the medications prescribed, and how I should follow up. I highly recommend Hospitality ER, and will definitely return if ever needed. Thank you all for taking such great care of me!

The staff at Hospitality ER is the best. I was on vacation and on my third day of vacation I was in pain and ill. The staff did a tremendous job to help me get the help and relief I needed so that I could enjoy the rest of my vacation. I was sooo lucky to find this place. It's amazing. I felt like I was in a hotel. Comfortable and inviting facility and a sweet and caring staff. I wish I could make this my regular doctors office. They offered drinks and snacks and have out a free gift bag. They took care of me quickly and I was out in no time. They only take insurance so there is never a wait. Great addition to Galveston!

From the moment we walked in, we were treated so kindly! Every staff member we saw was nice and super friendly. I’ve been to other ER/Urgent Care places that are not so nice and make sure they get their money before they even see you - not the case here. They seem to genuinely care about the patient. FANTASTIC! I am so grateful for the staff and doctor that took care of me. I’m the sole provider in my household so I must be able to work to provide for my family. This facility had a diagnosis and treatment within minutes! After the first day of following the doctors instructions I’m almost pain free with NO pain medication. Yesterday was my first experience going to this facility. I was extremely impressed with the care that I received from everyone! I stayed overnight for observation and they provided me with everything I would need. I moved from exam room to a private room that was big and very comfortable. I was provide pjs, slipper, and bath needs. In additional I was provided dinner and breakfast from local restaurants, which I had the option to choose. All the extra goodies are nice and add an extra touch. However what was really exceptional was the outstanding care, attention and service I received. It was obvious all the staff members really care about their job and they are all patient centered focus. I nicknamed it the Ritz.

I was in Galveston for a girls weekend, it started off with me having to go the the ER. This place is the best ER I have ever been to, the staff was awesome, the doctor was great. Treatment was quick and the highest quality. I was in and out in less than 2 hours and that was with an IV. The facility was incredible, beautiful and clean, I even got a nice big fleece blanket and a goodie bag. Great place all around, if going to the ER can be a pleasant experience, this was defiantly a good one.

Praise God for this ER and it’s staff. Finally glad there is an ER close to the beach in Galveston and we don’t have to battle traffic to drive to UTMB and this place should be given 10 stars!!! On our very first day of vacation my daughter had an allergic reaction to nuts and could not breath. This place was only one block from our rented home and the entire ER staff was awesome in their responses. From bedside manner to caring for our daughters and my wife’s every need. Amazing experience! My husband and I just got off our honeymoon cruise and I got very sick. They were quick with getting me back and treated. When I didn’t see any improvements (dehydration) my husband called them and they immediately got the nurse I had on the phone with us and he was so great to us! When we got back to hospitality the second time the receptionist had already pulled my paperwork from the day before and prepped new paperwork so we wouldn’t have to do anything and our sweet nurse was at the door waiting! The nurses and doctors were wonderful and showed a genuine concern for my health. Love this place and the staff!

Going here was the first time I ever felt comfortable at the Doctor. Very clean, nice staff, lots of free snacks and drinks, and a knowledgeable Doctor. I'm always anxious about touching anything in places like this because I worry about getting sick from others, but this place was so clean looking and smelling I never once felt uncomfortable. I was on vacation in Galveston so I had to take my 6yr old there for a bad sinus infection and they were very kind and patient with him. I think we were in a special room for kids. We had candy, soda, and satelite TV while waiting. It was nicer looking than the hotel we were staying in. They also gave my boy a bag of good toys when we left.

Best experience I have ever had going to an Emergency care facility. I did not even get a chance to fill out the forms and they brought me right in. The staff, doctors and nurses were amazing, friendly and very informative. I’m a Canadian on holidays and I can honestly say I got better care here than at home. They even give you your fluffy blanket and a going away gift. A TV in every private room makes the time go faster and they have snacks and drinks if you get hungry, for free.

This ER is the best medical facility I have ever been to! My fiance and I were spending the night in Galvelston before leaving on our week long vacation the next morning. That night it hit me, I had a fever and just was not in good shape. We found hospitality ER and asked if they could see me in a hurry because we had to leave for our trip. Every single person we came in contact with, from the lady at the front desk to the Doctor, was kind and genuinely caring. I have never experienced such attentiveness and great medical care as I did at Hospitality ER. The doctor and nurses were absolutely amazing. Thank you!

This is a wonderful emergency care facility. We went at 3 am with a sick three year and the staff went well beyond what they needed to in order to check her out until we could get her to her physician the next day. They gave us a peace of mind that she was going to be fine, this was so valuable given how worried we adults get when our little ones are sick in the middle of the night. Thank you everyone.

Amazing experience today at Hospitality Health in Galveston. Our three year old had a complaint that startled us and sent us to the doctor. The UTMB pediatric urgent care was out to lunch so I told my wife to take her to the Seawall ER. Everyone was super polite and the nurses and doctor were very thorough. Our little three year old's "hurting brain" turned out to be ears and tonsils and head congestion. We got a dose of antibiotics, a script and we were on our way! We will definitely take her back if the need arises, fingers crossed that it doesn't and happy to have this ER on our Island.

I was visiting Galveston from out of state and had a bug get lodged in my ear. I went to the ER at about 10:00pm and just walking in the door took my breath away! What a gorgeous hospital. First there was the lovely snack bar that was very inviting and the cozy chairs around the fireplace, and the chandeliers! It looked more like a fancy hotel than an emergency room. I got right into see the doctor who was very kind and understanding, He irrigated my ear and removed the bug and ear wax and I was given a nice cozy blanket to take home and a care package with bath salts etc in it. I think it would be a very wonderful place to take children in an emergency. It is very homey and not scary or stark at all but very clean and bright and inviting. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. I wish all hospitals would follow their example.
