My loved one went to hospitality health ER for what we thought was a sinus infection. It ended up being something way more serious and the doctors, nurses, and lab caught it and transferred him to Dallas.
While he was there the care he received was amazing. They were so helpful and caring with everything.
While my loved on is in the hospital they have since called to check on him and sent him a get well soon gift.
I recommend Hospitality ER to everyone. I think they have taken care of every family member. They are very professional from the front desk to the nurses to the doctors. No one likes ER’s, but Hospitality Tyler is my fist choice.
Very nice and clean facility, everyone is very nice, I was there for less than an hour so not bad at all for wait time. There are lots of snacks and different coffees and they gave me a nice little gift bag when I left
I recommend everything about this ER. They treated me like I was royalty and took such good care of me. I was taken care of very quickly, I was respected, everything was explained to me and they went above and beyond with a gift bag full of goodies, a big throw blanket and even paying for my cab home. I was dreading my middle-of-the-night trip to the ER and now I speak about it as though it was a vacation. Thank you to the staff.
I visited here last night and it was amazing !! I went to another local ER the day before, and even though I have nothing bad to say about that ER, I just kind of felt like there was more that could have be done. So I went to Hospitality ER the next night and I wasn’t there long at all before they started steroids, antibiotics etc... right then in my IV. Oh and they offered to make me a cappuccino, and gave me the remotes to the tv while I waited in my own (very nice) private room. I dealt with several staff members and they were all so professional with very good attitudes. I had Scans, Xrays, lab work and two bags of IV fluids and was only there 6-8:30 pm. Great experience for sure, by the way I am already feeling so much better this morning. The only place I will go from now on for sure !!!
From the moment I walked in with an extreme case of strep throat that was causing my throat to swell to the point of blocking my airway, the staff took great care getting me treated. I ended up staying the night, and while I was not prepared for that, they were. They gave me a really nice overnight kit which included sleep pants, toothbrush, and assorted toiletries.I can't say enough good things about the care and attention they gave me in my time of need. I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing an ER in the East Texas area. While I hope that I don't have to go back any time soon, it is comforting to know that they are there to take care of me when I do eventually need them again.
First time going to this ER today and I was impressed. I will be going here from now on. The staff are friendly and as soon as I got there I sat down to fill out paperwork didn’t even finish and was already called back to a room. Once in the room they gave my son a bag of toys and a blanket to take home. Every time someone came in they offered water or coffee or to see if we needed anything. A massage therapist came in to see if I wanted a complementary massage. Once leaving they gave my son another gift bag. Usually when going to the hospital with my kids they get inpatient and are ready to go not this time my son had plenty of things to occupy the time. I definitely recommend going here it is very kid friendly.
We visited Hospitality ER earlier this week with my daughter. I was super impressed with this facility. Super helpful staff and nice amenities. My daughter especially enjoyed watching Netflix while waiting for test results. I appreciated the phone call from them the next day, just to check on my daughter. Thank you for your attention to the little things that makes patients and families feel more comfortable.
My daughter went in with sever pain. she was diagnosed with a kidney stone. Being in pain and scared, she said the staff was very nice and emphatic. She had to go back the next day, and they took great care of her
This is my second visit. The first was with my Gigi and they were so great with her so when I needed to go I decided to go there as well and I was just as pleased. The facility has a nice home feeling. Snacks, drinks and tv provided. Everyone was nice and tried to keep me comfortable. The nurse who came and got me was very nice, Dr. Lee was amazing and very thorough, my X-ray/CT nurse was so sweet and patient with me and my IV nurse got my vein on the first stick (which made me very happy) I hate being on the receiving end of the needle sticks! I came in in excruciating pain but left there feeling so much better with Rx in hand very happy that I had gone in. If I have to have any other unforeseen emergencies I will go back to Hospitality Health ER.
There are not enough good things to say After days of fighting to be seen by my own doctor and on- call doctor. I finally decided to go back to where I’ve always been treated with respect kindness and promptly. The staff and doctors are amazing and I highly recommend it to everyone Thank You for your amazing bed side manner and ability to find and treat what is happening.
Very good place, people are very friendly and all questions are answered and everything is explained to you,the Doctor will actually sit in your room and go over everything, answer questions explain test results,I was impressed.
I have been in health care myself for over 20 years and the visit I had to their faculty yesterday was by far the best I have ever been a part of professionally and personally. Goody bag going out the door then a follow up call today to check on me. Absolutely top notch!
Very patient- centered care..as a nurse, I have to give major kudos to Dr Emmanuel who went above and beyond. He made sure that I was warm, gave me water, ordered all the necessary tests and medications I needed to ensure that I felt better before I left. And I did feel better. Thank you Dr Emmanuel and staff ❤️
My daughter went in on Saturday and had to stay overnight! The whole staff was very attentive to any and all of her needs. She had to transfer to hospital on Sunday and The Dr came up to bring her a gift and to check on her. This place is amazing! I would definitely recommend them! Thank you Hospitality Health ER!
Came in with an acute condition - my first visit to Hospitality Health. The staff treated me with respect and listened to my concerns. Everyone there was very professional and took great care of me. I appreciated the time taken to explain medications and my treatment. If I happen to need acute care again , I know where to go!
We have been to Hospitality ER twice now, once for my wife and more recently for our 2 year old daughter. Both times we were blown away by their service and kindness! Not only was the care we received top-notch but so were all the specialists that we were referred to (and actually got in to see soon after our stay at Hospitality).Without hesitation, we will be going to Hospitality ER in TYLER for all our emergency needs!
We have always received such good care here! currently here again with the flu but so thankful for the front staff, nurses, NP's, and everyone here! You will not regret coming here when you need them!!
All of the staff from the receptionists to the nurses and doctors and technicians were incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt like they had all the time in the world for us and they did everything within their power to make sure we were comfortable.
Went in after a long day at work and the courteous and professional staff treated me as a patient rather than a payment. They were fast and effective; explaining my care and addressing all of my concerns. When I can’t make it to my primary physician, I’ll always choose Hospitality ER-Tyler.
I had the best experience there. I went into anaphylactic shock due to peanuts being in my food at FD’s grillhouse Friday night. About 11AM my best friend have my epi-pen and took me to this wonderful and friendly staff hospitality er. They were very friendly and acted fast as soon as I walked into the door. I had hives and problems with my throat. I’m very thankful that knew what to do and got me taking care of. I left when they finally got me stable. The staff there were amazing and friendly. This is a great place to go to.
Friendliest staff/drs/nurses. Quiet and clean. Everyone does their best to listen and make you comfortable. Open 24/7 & you get seen quicker than most other ERs around. I love coming here when I need to be seen.
I highly recommend Hospitality Health ER in Tyler. I experienced fantastic service this weekend from the Dr’s, Nurses and staff. There was no wait and they kept checking on me the entire time that I was there. I didn’t have to look for a nurse or hit my call button once, they were always checking on me and keeping my needs met the entire time. I have never had a experience like this at a medical facility before.
The Dr’s were very helpful and personable. I had to stay the night and the accommodations that they had in my room for me and my husband were first class. I never want to have to go to an Emergency room again but if I do it will be Hospitality Health ER Tyler.
My 18 month old was in there a few days ago and they were so kind and helpful! He broke his arm and they made sure he was comfortable and entertained! Dr. Lugo was nice enough to keep me updated on everything that was going on and kept checking in on us! Everyone is soo great and wonderful! Highly recommend!
These people are great! We highly recommend this place. My husband was in so much pain due to his broken ribs from an accident, we were afraid of waiting in the ER as most of the time the wait was long. Right away they took care of my husband and his pain, my husband was able to rest and be comfortable. He was admitted for the night to help control with his pain. They are very professional and helpful. This is the place to go if you need ER care. Thank you Hospitality ER for so much help. Your staff from front desk to nurse everyone is very hospitable.
From the moment you walk in the front door, until the time you leave, and every moment in between, the front staff, nurses, & physicians are all very courteous, caring and attentive. They take care of you from the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave and are constantly coming and checking on you. They have snacks and drinks in the lobby while you wait, although there isn't ever a wait and when you get back into the private room, they make sure you are comfortable. If you come in and are in pain, they make sure you aren't in pain before they send you home; then upon leaving, they give you a "goody" bag. They definitely live up to their name "Hospitality" ER. If you didn't know any better, you would think you were in a 5-star hotel ;)
