Jaimie Lee is Director of Operations at the Hospitality Health ER Tyler location. Jaimie, as Director of Operations, is responsible for overseeing many of the business’s daily activities, directs and coordinates actions across the organization, helps manage resources, along with developing, maintaining, and improving operational plans. In 2010, Jaimie graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Hospitality Management. She spent five years as a Store Manager with Starbucks Corporation in Chicago, Illinois and Arlington, Texas. Jaimie’s passion for quality control steered her in the direction to become the Director of Environmental Services at Hopkins County Memorial Hospital in 2015, which started her healthcare industry journey. 

Jason Lee, Jaimie’s husband, current and longtime employee introduced her to CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in 2017. In the course of a year and a half, Jaimie became a multi-Practice Manager overseeing Pediatrics, Pediatric Endocrinology, Ob/Gyn, Maternal Fetal Medicine, Family Practice and an Urgent Care. Jaimie joined Hospitality Health ER in May 2021 allowing her to flourish her hospitality skills and her found love for the healthcare industry. Jaimie, a mother of two, places high value on family and being a servant leader. She enjoys talking to patients, supporting her staff and ensuring Hospitality Health ER is providing consistent, high-quality care and customer service for every person that sets foot in the door.
