Jill Shipp was born and raised in Baytown, Texas, as the oldest of 4 children.  For her education, she received her Bachelors of Arts in Corporate Communications from the University of Houston-Downtown, and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Our Lady of the Lake College in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

During her college years, Jill worked as a trainer in fine dining restaurants, where she learned the art of creating high-end customer service experiences. Additionally, Jill spent several years in marketing for various medical facilities throughout Texas as a Director and VP of Marketing. Inspired by their desire to provide first-class emergency center care, Jill and her family opened their first Free Standing ER in 2014!  Jill was instrumental in developing the ethos & environment of HHER, fusing her hospitality & health backgrounds to provide a process of comfort & care not seen before.

Alongside their incredible team, Hospitality Health ER has expanded to 3 Texas locations and Jill has continued to grow as a leader within the medical industry.
Jill is the proud mother of a three year old daughter, Juliet, and ten nieces and nephews.
