2019 Fireworks & Freedom Celebration

July 4th, 2019, full day of events starting at 11 am

Maude Cobb Convention & Activities Center

The City of Longview will host the 4th of July Fireworks and Freedom Celebration at Maude Cobb Convention and Activity Complex. Take the family for a full day of festivities including amusement rides, children’s activities, and live music outdoors. There will also be a talent competition, a Patriotic Pup Fashion Show, and food trucks. To get a break from the heat, visit the air-conditioned vendor hall with close to 100 vendors and concessions in the Longview Exhibit Building. To top the day off, you’ll enjoy the biggest fireworks display in East Texas starting at 9:30 pm. This is the ultimate of July 4th events in Longview, so don’t miss it!

Fourth of July Extravaganza

July 4th, 2019, 6 pm-10 pm

Kilgore City Park, North St., Kilgore, Texas 75662

Come join the fun at Kilgore City Park for the July 4th Extravaganza! There will be plenty to keep families entertained including water slides, face painting, and live music by the Chad Cooke Band. You’ll also want to stay through the evening for an explosive 20-minute fireworks display over Historic Downtown Kilgore. Food vendors will also be onsite.

City of Henderson July 4th Celebration

July 4th, 2019

Downtown Henderson Parade at 10 am   

Family Activities at Lake Forest Park (HWY 64 West) start at 5 pm

Kick off the Fourth of July with a patriotic parade through Downtown Henderson that begins at the First United Methodist Church at 10 am. After some rest and relaxation following the parade, come join in on more July 4th festivities at Lake Forest Park at 5 pm. They’ll have bouncy houses, a giant waterslide, burgers, snow cones, homemade ice cream, and live music by Sharon Lee Nelson and Bo Brumble. Fireworks start at 9pm.
